摘要
目的:探讨应用发展高效团队的带教方法对护理本科实习生临床实践行为的影响及对策分析。方法:应用便利取样方法,选取2010届护生50人作为对照组,2011届护生50人作为实验组。对照组采用传统师徒模式的带教方法,实验组在传统带教基础上采用发展高效团队的教学方法。观察并比较2组护生的临床实践行为表现,评价带教效果。结果:实验组比对照组的护生在护理操作流程考核中表现更突出,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用发展高效团队的带教方法有利于提供护理实习生充足的时间和空间,培养出高实践能力的新型护理人才。
[Objective]To explore the effects of development of efficient team on the study of clinical practice performance among nursing students and to propose the countermeasures.[Method] Applicating convenience sampling method,50 nursing students recruited in 2010 were selected as control group and 50 nursing students recruited in 2011 were selected as the observation group.The observation group was taught with the clinical teaching methods of the development of efficient team,while the control group was taught by the model teaching methods of traditional apprenticeship.Practice performance of the two groups was observed and compared.Meanwhile,the teaching effect was evaluated.[Result] The performance of care and operational processes of the experimental group is more prominent than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The development of efficient team can provide sufficient time and space to the students and can train new type nursing talents with high practical ability.
