摘要
本文总结外国留学生在新生儿科临床实习的教学经验,探讨留学生新生儿科实习教学中的特点和问题并对问题产生原因和解决策略进行了初步分析,探索解决问题的方法,如启用青年教师为主体的教师团队,采用合理的教学方式,开展教学查房等,以达到教学效果,提高留学生的临床实习教学质量。
The paper investigated characteristics and problems of in neonatology clinical probation teaching to foreign students and analyzed the causes of existing problems.We must explore methods to solve the problems,such as enabling young teachers as the main body of teacher team,adopting reasonable teaching methods and carrying out ward round in order to achieve effective teaching and improve teaching quality.
