摘要
总结手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的护理配合。护理配合重点为对患者进行心理疏导,使患者积极配合,复位前重视病情评估,完善准备工作,做好复位时配合,加强不良反应的观察及护理,以确保复位顺利进行。60例患者,随访3个月,痊愈44例,改善13例,无效3例,有效率97%。实施充分的准备和完善的护理配合,可提高治疗效果。
To study the therapeutic effect and nursing characteristics of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo(BPPV) treated with manipulative reduction.Care was focused on psychological counseling to patient to make them actively cooperate.Condition assessment was carried out before the reset.After perfect preparations,we keep patients under intensive observation and care of untoward reaction in order to ensure reset smoothly.The 60 cases patients were followed up3 months.44 cases were cured and 13 cases were improved.3 had no apparent curative effect and the effective rate is 97%. Adequate items preparation and postoperative complications nursing are important to a successful manipulative treatment.
