摘要
目的:通过输血理论与技能一体化培训,提高新护士输血技能操作综合能力,保证临床输血安全。方法:对新护士运用项目教学法,从输血相关法律法规、输血相关知识、输血目的、操作流程、床边核对、输血反应应急处理、输血记录、护患沟通等方面,比对培训前后对上述方面的掌握程度。结果:上述内容运用项目教学法进行培训,培训前后掌握程度进行比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01),培训后的护士,进入临床能独立顺利完成输血技能操作。结论:采用项目教学法培训输血技能操作,能使护士有效地全面掌握输血理论与技能知识,保证临床输血安全。
[Objective] Through blood transfusion theory and skills integration training to improve new nurses' blood transfusion skills and ability.To ensure the clinical safety of blood transfusion.[Method] We used Item Teaching Method to teach new nurses.The students' master degree of before and after training about transfusion-related laws and regulations,and transfusion-related knowledge,transfusion purposes,operational processes,bedside check,emergency treatment of transfusion reactions,transfusion records,nurse-patient communication were compared.[Result] After received item teaching,the students' scores of above content had statistically significant difference comparing with before(P <0.01).After being trained nurses,can successfully complete a blood transfusion.[Conclusion] Item Teaching Method to train transfusion skills enable nurse to master transfusion theory and skills,knowledge.This is a good teach method to ensure the clinical safety of blood transfusion
