肩关节镜手术患者的围手术期处理

Per-operative management of patients with arthroscopic shoulder surgery

目的:总结肩关节镜手术的围手术期处理经验,提高肩关节镜手术的疗效。方法:对34例慢性肩关节疼痛患者进行肩关节镜手术治疗,期间分别进行系统的术前准备、术中的医护配合、术后的处理及康复指导,术后对其进行随防。结果:采用美国UCLA肩关节评分标准,对手术前后评分进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),优良率为88.24%。结论:良好系统的肩关节围手术期处理是肩关节镜手术取得良好效果的重要保障。

[Objective] To summarize the per-operative management experience of arthroscopic shoulder surgery for improving the efficacy of arthroscopic shoulder surgery.[Method] Thirty-four patients of chronic shoulder pain were treated by arthroscopic shoulder surgery.The systematic pre-operative preparation,coordination during the operation,postoperative treatment and rehabilitation guidance were did during this time.[Result] According to UCLA score system standard,the preoperative average score was 3.8±1.5,and postoperative average score was 31.4±1.4 at last follow-up,which were significantly different(P<0.01) by T test.The good rate was 88.24%. [Conclusion] A good system per-operative management is an important guarantee for arthroscopic shoulder surgery to achieve good results.
