摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在专科基础医学整合课程教学中的应用效果。方法:以2011级临床医学专业学生为教学对象,在人体机能学课程的消化系统和内分泌系统单元教学中,分别采用传统教学方法和PBL教学方法,比较学生的考试成绩;对PBL教学班进行调查问卷,评价PBL的教学效果。结果:PBL教学班较传统教学班基础理论客观题成绩无差异,临床应用主观题成绩和总成绩有显著提高。问卷调查中发现,绝大多数学生认为PBL法教学效果优于传统教学法,对各方面能力的提升有帮助。结论:在专科基础医学整合课程中,PBL教学法可与传统教学法结合使用,提高教学效果,提高学生自主学习的能力。
[Objective] To investigate the application effects of Problem-Based Learning approach(PBL) for preclinical medicine integration curriculum in medical college.[Methods] Students majoring in Clinical Medicine were randomly divided into two classes which were received PBL and traditional teaching methods,respectively.Test scores of digestive system and endocrine system were compared between these two classes.The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the teaching effects of PBL in the PBL class.[Results] There was no significant difference in the score of objective questions between two classes,but the score of subjective questions and total score in PBL class were higher than the traditional teaching class.The results of questionnaire survey showed that over 80% students considered the teaching effects of PBL method was better than the traditional teaching method,which can also help them to build learning abilities.[Conclusion] PBL combined with traditional teaching method can improve the teaching effect and promote students' self-learning ability
