摘要
近年来,越来越多的青年博士加入医院工作。为全面落实我院"科技创新、服务大众、培育新人、引领未来"的使命,加强人才培养,调动青年博士的科研积极性,科教管理人员深入青年博士了解他们需求,制定政策保障,提供经费支持,批准科研假期,为他们提供科研培训平台和机会,如:导师计划、参加实验室培训和各类讲座、加强考核。在各方面共同努力下,青年博士科研培训取得了良好的成效。
In recent years,more and more young physicians with PhD degree work at our hospital.For the full implementation of our hospital's mission——'scientific and technological innovation to serve the public to lead the future' and to strengthen intellectual training,and to mobilize young doctors' enthusiasm of scientific research,staff of Scientific Educational Department gain further insight into the mind of youth to understand what they need,then to develop policies to support this program.Research-starting funds were provided.Research leave were approved.Training platform and opportunities were provided for young physicians with PhD degree,such as: mentor programs,to participate in the laboratory training and seminars,to strengthen the assessment.Research training program has achieved good results with the joint efforts of our staff.
