摘要
随着中国加入WTO,我国建筑领域也逐步引入国外先进的项目管理模式——PMC模式,该模式在石油化工领域已取得良好效果,并逐步向其它行业推广。本文结合自身的项目管理经验,浅谈如何进行PMC模式的费用控制。
As China’s accession to WTO, the construction industry in China is progressively introducing overseas advanced project management mode, the Project Management Contract (PMC). PMC has been achieved good results in petrochemical field till now, and it is gradually spreading to other industries. In this essay, we simply discuss how to perform the cost control in the PMC project, combining our experience in the engineering project management.
