摘要
可发性聚苯乙烯粒子生产过程中因突发情况,反应釜内温度升高,聚合反应速度加快,反应过程难于控制。以前是通过向应釜内注水进行降温,同时打开放料阀排出原料,造成巨大经济损失,且当温度降速慢时物料易结釜。针对以上情况进行了反应釜内阻挡器结构的改造,从而达到快速降温的效果,反应釜内不需注入冷却水,物料不需排出,节省原料、降低损失。
Expandable Polystyrene particle production process because of abrupt changes in temperature, reaction kettle, polymerization reaction speed, the reaction process is difficult to control. The common practice is to drop in temperature by water flooding into reaction kettle, then open the material valve and discharge the raw material. This causes huge economic losses, and the raw material is easily bonded on the kettle when temperature dropping slowly. In view of the above situation, we improve the structure of the inside block device in reaction kettle that can increase the temperature dropping effect. And at the same time, it doesn’t need to flood water into reaction kettle, discharge the raw material. The raw material was saved, and the economic loss was dropped down.
