预见性护理在重型颅脑损伤治疗中的作用

Function of foresighted nursing on the treatment of severe brain injury

目的:探讨预见性护理在重型颅脑损伤治疗中的作用。方法:在重型颅脑损伤患者中针对高危因素进行预见性护理干预,早期发现病情变化。结果:本组治愈35例,轻残33例,重残10例,植物生存4例,死亡2例。结论:预见性护理可以早期发现脑疝先兆,预防并发症,提高护理质量。

[Objective]Discuss the function of foresight nursing on the treatment of severe brain injury.[Methods]Foresighted nursing intervene were done aiming at the high - risk factors in the patients with severe head injury to detect changes of disease in the early.[Results]In this group,35 patients were cured,33 patients were the light remnant,10 patients were the severe remnant,4 patients were the plant survives and 2 patients died.[Conclusions]Foresight nursing might discover early omen of the brain hernia,prevent complication and improve the nursing quality.
