眶隔脂肪即时回植在下眼眶凹陷中的应用

To treat ocular socket depression by orbital fat immediate replantation

目的:探讨眼袋整形术中眶隔凹陷的即时处理方法。方法:自20Q5年1月至2008年12月,采用眶隔脂肪即时回植矫正眶隔凹陷21例。结果:经回访3-6个月,有2例稍感轻微凹陷,19例均满意。结论:采用眶隔脂肪即时回植矫正眶隔凹陷,效果良好。

[Objective]To explore the immediate treatment for ocular socket depression in the lower lid blepharoplasty. [Method]21 cases of ocular socket depression had been treated by immediate orbital fat replantation from January 2005 to November 2008.[Result]Through following up for 3 - 6 months,only 2 cases showed minor depression and 19 cases were satisfied.[Conclusion]To treat ocular socket depression by orbital fat immediate replantation can get excellent results.
