摘要
目的:探讨参与式管理模式在开放护理实验室管理中的作用与效果。方法:在我院2008、2009级学生中实施参与式管理的开放实验室教学,采用以实验员全方位管理和学生参与管理为主体相结合的管理模式。结果:提高学生的综合能力和教师的工作效率,护理实验室开放管理满意度显著提高。结论:实施参与式管理模式,有利于更科学、规范地管理实验室,更是培养学生自我管理能力和提高综合素质的有效途经之一。
[Objective]The aim of this article is to explore the function and effectiveness of participative management model on the open nursing lab management.[Method]Open nursing lab education with participative management has been implemented for the students at 2008-2009 grades to improve the management effectiveness through the management model of integration of lab technician full-scale management with students' participative management.[Result]Participative management not only improves instructors' work efficiency,but also cultivates students' comprehensive ability.The satisfaction of open nursing lab management is also increased significantly.[Conclusion]The implementation of the participative management model facilitates the more scientifically standardized management of the lab;And it is also one of the most effective channels to cultivate the self-management ability and comprehensive quality for the students.
