以问题为导向的病例讨论教学法在护理教学中的实践

摘要 目的:探讨护生在实习中以专题讲座为主与以问题为导向的病例讨论为主两种教学方式的教学效果。方法:2008-2009学年护生用专题讲座教学方式为对照组,2009-2010学年用问题为导向的护理病例讨论方式为实验组,护生对教学效果的评价和护生出科考试成绩进行比较。结果:实验组护生的护理程序应用能力、学习积极性、学习兴趣、出科考试成绩等方面均明显高于对照组。结论:护理病例讨论是提高护生专业知识水平的一种有效形式。 [Objective]We investigate the difference between the teaching effects of case discussion leading by the lecture and that of Problem-based learning(PBL) in clinical practice of nurse interns.[Method]The nurse interns were divided into two groups:control group was educated with case discussion leading by the lecture from 2008 to 2009,and the experiment group was educated with case discussion leading by PBL from 2009 to 2010.The effects of(he evaluation from nurse interns and the examination records of nurse interns were evaluated at the end of practice.[Result]The nurse interns' abilities of nursing application, active study,interest in learning and examination records of the experiment group were obviously higher than that of the control group.[Conclusion]Discussion on the nursing cases was an effective way to improve nurse interns' professional knowledge.
