298例血液透析突发事件的发生原因分析及对策

Analysis of the causes of 298 unexpected events in hemodialysis and its preventive countermeasures

分析2009年至2010年1月13162例次血液透析过程中298例次突发事件的因素,主要有停电停水、空气进入体外循环血路、内瘘针部分滑出、漏血凝血、局部血肿、肝素泵故障、恶心呕吐、肌肉抽搐及各种原因引起的低血压等。针对不同原因提出对应的防护策略,杜绝或减少突发事件的发生,减轻突发事件引起的不良后果,提高透析质量。

During the analysis of 13162 cases in hemodialysis from 2009 to Jan.2010,the factors of 298 unexpected events include water blackout,power cut,air into the extracorporeal Blood Circuit,part fistula needle slide out,blood-leak and coagulation, partial hematoma,heparin pump failure,nausea and vomiting,muscle twitching and hypotension caused by various reasons. We can stop or reduce the occurrence of the unexpected events,reduce the negative consequences caused by the unexpected events and improve the hemodialysis quality through carrying out the corresponsive preventive measurements for the various reasons.
