某综合性医院低年资护士精神卫生知识知晓状况调查

A survey on the status of mental health knowledge among inferior nurses in a general hospital

目的:了解综合性医院低年资护士(工作5年之内未取得护师职称)对精神卫生知识的知晓状况,为开展护士精神卫生知识针对性培训提供依据。方法:采用综合医院心理保健知识知晓率调查问卷,对245名护士进行调查。结果:抑郁障碍相关知识14个项目中有13个正确应答率低于60%。结论:综合性医院低年资护士精神卫生知识知晓状况不容乐观,医学院校和综合性医院应重视对护生及护士精神卫生知识的专业培训。

[Objective]To understand the status of mental health knowledge among inferior nurses(within 5 years of work svithout a nurse titles) in a general hospital,it can provide the basis of knowledge for carrying out targeted training.[Method] The general hospital mental health knowledge awareness questionnaire was conducted in 245 nurses.[Result]Depression- related knowledge in the 13 projects was less than 60%correct responses.[Conclusion]The status of mental health knowledge among inferior nurses of general hospital is not optimistic.The medical institutions and general hospitals should pay attention to professional mental health knowledge training among the nursing students and inferior nurses.
