PBL结合LBL教学模式在神经外科临床实习带教中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习(Problem Based learning,PBL)结合以授课为基础的学习(Lecture Based Learning,LBL)教学模式在神经外科临床实习中的应用效果。方法:将我院神经外科本科实习生120人按实习月份分为两组,即实验组(采用PBL结合LBL教学模式)和对照组(采用单纯LBL教学模式),两组各60人,对出科考试成绩及实习满意度进行比较。结果:实验组出科考试成绩、实习满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL结合LBL教学模式有助于提高实习生出科考试成绩和实习满意度,促进教学互动,全面提高临床教学质量。 [Objective]To evaluate the effect of PBL combined with LBL teaching method applying in Neurosurgery. [Method]120 professional students in our hospital were chosen and divided randomly into the experimental group(n = 60, taught with PBL combined with LBL) and the control group(n = 60,taught with LBL only).Examination scores and satisfaction of clinical practice were compared between the two groups.[Result]Examination scores and satisfaction of clinical practice in experimental group were significantly surpassed than those of the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]The PBL combined with LBL teaching model can conduced to improve examination scores and satisfaction of clinical practice,advance teaching each other and improve teaching quality of professional students completely.
