摘要
目的:探讨案例教学法在临床皮肤性病学临床带教中的应用效果。方法:通过对案例的精心选择和设计,以温州医学院2007级临床医学本科学生603人为教学改革方案的实施对象,随机分为实验组(N=302)和对照组(N=301)。实验组在传统教学方法的基础上采用案例教学法,对照组沿用传统教学法。10周见习结束后分析比较两组学生的兴趣满意度调查结果和期末考试成绩。结果:实验组的兴趣满意度明显高于对照组,期末考试成绩也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法能激发学生对皮肤性病学见习的学习兴趣,培养学生皮肤性病诊治的临床思维能力,是一种较好的临床皮肤性病学见习教学模式。
[Objective]To check the effect of case teaching(case-basedleaming CBL) in the clinical teaching of dermatology. [Method]Separate the Wenzhou Medical School Grade 2007 603 students in too teams,experiment team 302 people and contrast team 301 people.Use case teaching in the experiment team besides the traditional teaching and use traditional teaching in the contrast team only.[Result]Compare the degree of satisfaction and final test result after ten weeks' study.We can see that experiment team is more satisfied than contrast team(P < 0.05),and the test result also higher man contrast team(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Case teaching could make students glad to study and could improve the thinking ability of students.It's a good way in clinical teaching of dermatology.
