摘要
将器械护理思维运用到临床教学中,使学生充分认识到抢救危重病人时,各种抢救仪器正确使用的重要性,并学会正确地使用或配合。将学生在急诊科的实习周期分为3个阶段,使学生对抢救仪器的使用有一个由浅入深、循序渐进的过程,易于接受。通过器械护理思维在临床教学中的运用,教学满意度和出科考试成绩都有明显提高。
The nursing thinking with instruments were used in clinical care and teaching so that students could fully understand the importance of the proper use of rescue equipment and leam how to correctly use or cooperation in the rescue of critically ill patients.The internship in the emergency department was divided into three stages so that the use of rescue instrument has a progressive approach,gradual process.By using the nursing thinking of instrument in clinical teaching,teaching satisfaction increased 11.82%and the departmental rotation test scores increased 7.58%.
