摘要
目的:观察蔷薇科植物提取物体外抗真菌的效果。方法:分别采用二倍平皿稀释法和试管法测定蔷薇科植物提取物对假丝酵母菌和皮肤毛癣菌的MIC和MBC值,分别采用氟康唑和二性霉素作为对照。结果:二性霉素和氟康唑对66株白假丝酵母菌MIC_(90)均为64μg/mL,对其他真菌的MIC_(90)均为128μg/mL。试验药原液、重沉原液、提纯液对66株白假丝酵母菌、13株热带假丝酵母菌、9株须毛癣菌的MIC90均分别为1.25%(V/V)、1.25%(V/V)、2.5%(V/V),对25株红色毛癣菌的MIC90均分别为0.62%(V/V)、1.25%(V/V)、1.25%(V/V)。8~16μg/mL的二性霉素和氟康唑作用60min才能杀灭白假丝酵母菌和红色毛癣菌,0.31%试验药原液作用15min内、0.31%试验药重沉原液和0.62%试验药提纯液作用30min内即能杀灭上述2株真菌。结论:蔷薇科植物原液、重沉原液、提纯液有很强的体外抑制并杀灭上述真菌作用,与二性霉素和氟康唑比较有明显优势。
[Objective]To determine the effect of extracts from rosaceae plant against fungi in vitro.[Method]Double agar dilution method and test tube method were applied to detect the MIC and MBC.Fluconazole and amphotericin were used as positive control.[Result]MIC90 values of fluconazole and amphotericin against 66 strains of Candida albicans were 64(g/ml both,the MIC90 value against other fungi were all 128(g/ml.The MOO of the original,re - sinking and purified extractive solution against 66 strains of Candida albicans,13 strains of Candida tropicalis and 25 strains of trichophyton rubrum were 1. 25%(V/V),1.25%(V/V)and 2.5%(V/V),respectively.Candida albicans and trichophyton rubrum were killed after treated for 60min with 8-16(g/ml concentration of fluconazole and amphotericin,but they were killed only after treated for 15min with volume fraction 0.31%of original and re - sinking extract,and with volume fraction 0.62%purified extracts.[Conclusion] The original,re - sinking and purified extracts of rosaceae plant have remarkable effect to inhibit and kill fungi in vitro and advantage compared with fluconazole and amphotericin.
