摘要
临床见习阶段是医学理论与实际相结合的桥梁。我们通过做好临床见习前准备,开展互动式教学,重视学生动手能力的培养,进行临床病例讨论,最后进行见习小结等方法,对温州医学院大四学生进行了肝胆外科见习带教。结果显示,通过多种教学方法联合应用,提高了学生的见习兴趣,巩固了学生的理论知识,提高了基本的临床技能和实践能力。
To discuss the teaching methods for training in hepatobiliary surgery.Qxnbination a variety of teaching methods was performed in senior students of Wenzhou Medical College.Interactive teaching and clinical case discussion were used.Students' practical ability was improved by practice.The results showed that it increased students' interest and consolidated their theoretical knowledge.It also enabled students to master basic clinical skills and practical ability.
