综合模拟演练在三级医院中的实践

Practice of comprehensive medical drill in a tertiary hospital

目的:探讨大型综合模拟演练对提高医务人员的应急能力及加强临床与后勤部门的协调作用。方法:通过拟定10个案例,对演练前进行急救知识、急救技能、院感知识等培训,按规定完成10个案例的演练。结果:各临床医务人员的应急处理能力得到提高,后勤保障系统更加完善,医护之间配合较前提高,CPR操作技能及危重患者入院程序练习培训的满意度达到100%,96%演练者认为通过综合模拟演练能增强急救意识,95.1%认为能增强综合急救技能。结论:综合模拟案例演练改变了以往单一的形式,使临床一线与后勤支持部门之间的协调合作进一步加强,综合能力均得到提升,综合模拟演练值得在三级医院中开展。

[Objective]To investigate the development of the emergency capability of health care workers in comprehensive medical drill and to increase the cooperation between clinic and the departments of support services.[Method]the health care workers were trained with emergency knowledge,first aid skills and infection concepts in order to finish 10 scenarios.[Result] First aid care skill and general level of treating patients have been improved through medical drill train,which also help enhance the collaboration between different departments.The satisfaction rate in CPR training and approach of receiving serious patients both reached to 100%.96%participants accepted that first aid skill could be improved and 95.1%considered the health care worker's general capability was increased through medical rally[Conclusion]It is concluded that health care workers has been well practiced after the comprehensive medical drill which is strongly recommended in tertiary hospitals.
