高频彩色多普勒超声对男性乳腺疾病的诊断价值

Value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of male breast diseases

目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对男性乳腺疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断价值以及手术或临床保守治疗后对局部腺体变化的动态观察结果。方法:收集整理经临床和病理诊断证实的125例男性乳腺疾病患者的高频彩色多普勒超声资料,结合临床病史对局部病变乳腺腺体声像图表现进行分析、研究。结果:125例男性乳腺疾病患者中超声诊断为乳腺癌4例,乳腺纤维腺瘤7例,乳腺炎症5例,假性乳腺肥大12例,男性乳腺发育症(CYN)97例。其中1例乳腺慢性炎症超声误诊为乳腺癌,4例男性乳腺发育症超声误诊为乳腺纤维腺瘤,本组男性乳腺疾病超声诊断总符合率96%(120/125)。结论:HF-CDU不仅能对男性乳腺疾病进行诊断和鉴别诊断,还可以动态观察治疗效果,是男性乳腺疾病主要的影像学检查方法。

[Objective]To investigate the value of high frequency Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of male breast diseases.[Method]The clinical data of 125 male patients with breast diseases,whom have been examined by high frequency Color Doppler ultrasonography and confirmed by clinical and pathological diagnosis,were accumulated and the clinical history and ultrasound findings were analyzed.[Result]125 male patients with breast disease were diagnosed by ultrasound as breast cancer in 4 cases,breast inflammation in 5 cases,pseudo - hypertrophy of breast in 12 cases and male breast development disorder(GYN) in 97 cases.Among these,1 case of chronic inflammation in the breast was misdiagnosed as breast cancer and 4 cases of male breast development disorders were misdiagnosed as breast fibroadenoma ultrasound.The concordance in this group of ultrasonic diagnosis of male breast diseases was 96%(120 / 125).[Conclusion]The high frequency color Doppler ultrasound not only can make a diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of male breast disease,but also can dynamically observe the treatment effect.It is the main image method for the male breast disease.
