短道速滑在我国冬季奥林匹克运动会运动项目中属于优势竞技项目,要继续保持该项目的竞技优势,其关键就是把握好现在与未来的关系,即后备人才的梯队建设现状及未来可持续发展,以形成较合理的队伍梯队建设。此研究对我国短道速滑后备人才梯队建设现状进行分析,抓住优势,弥补不足,并结合当前社会的发展和经济形势,探索适合短道速滑后备人才可持续发展的途径,从而实现我国短道速滑持续、健康、稳定的发展。

In Olympic Winter Games,Short track speed skating in our advantages in the competitive part of the project.We must continue to maintain the competitive advantages of the project,the key is to grasp the relationship between the present and future.Namely,the building of reserve personnel echelon status and future sustainable development,in order to form a more reasonable construction of the ranks of echelon.In this study,the construction of China's short track speed skating reserve echelon personnel undertake a situation analysis,to seize the advantage,meet the shortfall,combined with China's current social development and economic situation.Explore the reserve talents suited to China's short track speed skating the way of sustainable development.Thereby Short Track Speed Skating for China's sustained,healthy and stable development.
