摘要 定向越野是一项集智力和体力为一体的运动,近几年在我国广为发展,尤其在高校和中学中发展更为迅速。通过文献资料法、访谈法和总结归纳法对定向越野专项体能训练方法进行分析研究,总结出定向越野专项体能训练的内容,连续跑的能力、不规律变速跑、定向间歇性组合练习等方法。为定向运动的爱好者或各定向越野代表队提供一定理论帮助。 The direction detection cross country is an item set intelligence and the physical strength is a body's movement,in recent years develops widely in our country,especially develops in the university and the middle school is more rapid.This article through the literature material law,the interview law and the summary induction conducts the research to the directional cross country special physical ability training method,summarizes the directional cross country special physical ability training content,runs continuously ability,the rule speed change does not run,methods and so on directional intermittence combination relation.The hope can love in the directional motion amateur or the various levels direction detection cross country team provides certain help.
