随着社会经济文化的飞速发展,以及招生渠道的日趋广泛,大学生群体出现了多元化发展趋势。高校作为育人的主阵地,要充分发挥育人功能,必须及时把握当前学生现状,树立"以学生为本、全方位育人"的理念,整合现有资源,统筹兼顾,建立长效的"合力共育"机制。

With the rapid development of social economy and culture,as well as the increasingly wide range of recruitment sources,students groups have become diversified development trend.Colleges and universities,the main position to educating people,must bring into play the function of educating people,and must grasp the present status quo of the students,and establish the 'student-oriented,all-directions education' concept,integrate existing resources,make overall plans and establish long-lasting 'resultant force of education' mechanism.
