汉字应用水平测试规范化管理是保证测试的信度和效度的关键,作为测试的组织管理者,要从建立和完善考试管理制度,严格执行规章制度,规范考试程序入手,坚持以人为本,规范测试管理,把测试的每个环节做实、做细,确保测试的公平、公正。
The standardized management of Chinese Proficiency Test is the key to ensure the test reliability and validity.As a test manager,it is necessary to start with establish and improve the test management system,strictly enforce the rules and regulations,standardize the examination process,persist in people-oriented,standardized test management in order to test every aspect and ensure that the test is fair and just.
