摘要
目的探讨阿维A联合微波治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法将133例患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组71例。治疗组采用阿维A联合微波治疗,对照组仅采用微波治疗。结果治疗组复发率为27.66%,对照组为57.50%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿维A联合微波治疗复发性尖锐湿疣疗效肯定,可显著降低其复发率。
Objective To study the therapeutic effects of acitretin and microwave therapy to recurrent condyloma acuminate. Methods 133 patients with recurrent condyloma acuminate were divided into two groups randomly, 62 treated with microwave therapy and acitretin and 71 treated with only microwave therapy. Results It has shown that the therapeutic efficiency of patients with microwave therapy and acitretin was better than control, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acitretin is very useful to treat recurrent condyloma acuminate .
