摘要
文章从价值工程的起源出发,对价值工程的基本内容进行介绍;并以上海机场工程建设项目为例,对价值工程在设备选型、设备材料采购、施工招标及施工方案优化等方面的成功实践进行论述,进而说明在工程建设项目交易与实施阶段合理运用价值工程,不仅能有效降低工程总投资,而且能取得较高的综合效益。
The article from the origin of value engineering, introduces the basic elements of the value engineering, and takes the Shanghai Airport engineering construction projects as an example, discusses the successful practice of value engineering in equipment selection, equipment and materials procurement, construction bidding and construction program optimization, explains the rational use of value engineering in the project transaction and implementation stages, not only can effectively reduce the total project investment but also can obtain higher comprehensive benefit.
