校舍抗震加固工程具有工期紧、专业性强、工程复杂性、加固材料质量参差不齐等特点,根据部分工程监督实践经验,以某学校加固工程为例,介绍了相应的抗震加固设计方案及施工控制要点,可供类似工程抗震加固设计和施工参考。

The school buildings seismic reinforcement works are characterized for tight time schedule, professional, project complexity, and the uneven quality of reinforcement materials. According to some project supervision and practical experience, as the background of reinforcement of a school building of masonry structure, this paper introduces the related seismic reinforcement design and key points of quality control about construction to meet the requirements of good seismic performances of this building. The present work may supply some experience for similar projects.
