摘要 投标报价编制与最终报价的确定是投标的关键性工作,也是建设工程整个投标工作的核心。如何的在激烈的建筑市场竞争环境中站稳脚跟、占有市场,提高工程投标的中标率,是施工企业为了生存和发展必须考虑的问题。本文就工程投标报价过程中进行投标报价编制的策略和技巧进行了较为系统和全面的分析,提出了在报价过程中运用各种报价策略和技巧的适用范围和操作方法的建议,为施工企业在工程投标中始终处于有利地位提供了有益的参考和指导。 Preparation of the quotation and determination of final quotation is a critical stage during construction project bidding and also a main determinant to win a construction bid.How can take a firm stand and win more market share in the fierce construction market competition and how can improve the possibility of winning a bid are the crucial for living and sustained development of construction enterprise.This paper generally and systematically introduces and analyzes the tactics and techniques in preparation of the quotation during construction project bidding,put forward the suggestions on application scope and operating method of these tactics and techniques during preparation of quotation and therefore provide a useful reference and guidance for construction enterprise to get a more favorable position during construction project bidding.
