摘要
本文通过试验方法研究了不同品种和用量的增塑剂对氯丁橡胶综合性能的影响,寻找能够较大提升氯丁橡胶综合性能的增塑剂品种和用量,以提高CR的应用范围和工业价值。研究结果表明:作为增塑剂的古马隆既能保持CR的良好硫化特性,保证加工生产要求,并且其用量为10份时,使CR得到明显较优综合力学性能。
In this paper, through the test of different varieties and amount of plasticizer impact to the comprehensive properties of chloroprene rubber, to find can greatly enhance the overall performance of the chloroprene rubber plasticizer types and rates, in order to improve the range of applications and industrial value of CR. The results show that: as plasticizer coumarone both maintain good curing characteristics of the and also ensure the production requirements, and its content is10, the CR get obviously the better mechanical properties.
