This article conducts research and analysis on the basis of settlement process under the conditions of FIDIC contract,which also contrasts with practice payment settlement process in domestic; it combines the idea of settling according to the contract under contract conditions of FIDIC with China's actual settlement operation,thus laying foundation for improving mode of settlement.
