网络计划方法自20世纪60年代传入中国后,在生产中得到了应用,它符合工程施工的要求,特别适用于施工的组织与管理。从国内外的情况看,应用这种方法最多的是工程施工单位。同国外发达国家相比,目前我国的网络计划技术在建设工程中的应用效果不甚理想,既有认识上的误区,也有管理、技术上的原因。本文将就如何在建筑施工管理中实施网络计划技术进行探讨。

Network planning methods came to China since the 1960s,had been applied in production,it is consistent with the requirements of construction,especially for the construction of the organization and management.From domestic and international situation,the one who applies this method most is in the construction enterprise.Compared with developed countries,at present,our country's application effect of network-based planning techniques not really ideal in construction project,both has the error of understanding,but also management and technical reasons.This article on how to implement the construction management of network planning techniques.
