随着国家经济建设持续、高速、健康的发展,我国每年的基本建设投资数额也在不断增长,降低建设产品的生产成本,提高经济效益,取得良好的投资效果是每个投资者的追求目标,同时也是政府管理工程建设的目标。本文就目前政府投资中工程造价管理的现状和问题,提出了一些解决的方法和防范的措施。

With the continued,high-speed and healthy development of national economic construction,our annual amount of capital investment is also growing.Reducing the construction cost,Increasing economic efficiency and achieving good investment results,it is the pursuit of objectives of each investor,and also the government construction target.The papers puts forward some of the methods and preventive measures for the present situation and issues about the project cost management of government investment.
