In the continuous development of market economy,today,real estate enterprise's cost management will be fine increasingly.How to establish cost management mode which adapt the market development,increase the level of enterprise cost management,is the problem we have to think about.This article analyzes and researches on mode of cost management and business operation,through the renowned real estate enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region,which wants to provide some useful references to the enterprise administrators.
