目前采购招标评标工作有多种方法。但笔者在多年的评标工作中,发现了目前方法存在的问题,并通过多年的工作经验总结、研究形成了一种新的招标评标方法——"排序定分法"。该方法可对投标产品的质量、品牌信誉和价格等进行综合的科学评价,以获得满意的中标产品。通过本文旨在推广更新采购招投标办法。

There are many ways of procurement bidding work in the current. In the work of bidding, we found some problem of current methods, through years of work to study the formation of a new tender evaluation method -'Ranking setting method.' This method can evaluate the product quality, brand reputation and the price comprehensively, in order to obtain the satisfaction of winning products. The article aims to update purchasing bidding methods.
