摘要
笔者首先分析了过程质量控制方法及控制要点的设置与实施,结合某高层建筑工程项目,通过PDCA循环,以钢筋保护层为控制目标,分析影响质量因素,统计分析主要影响因素,并提出相应的改进措施,不断加强质量监控,最终实现了控制目标所设定的要求。
The author first analyzes the quality control process and the control points of the setting and implementation,combined with a high-rise building projects,through the PDCA cycle,control of the protective layer of steel-reinforced for the target,analysis of factors affecting quality,and proposes the corresponding corrective measure,Strengthens the quality monitoring unceasingly,Has realized the request which finally the control objective establishes.
