浅谈新形势下农村公路工程存在的问题与监督对策

Analysis on the key problem of the engineering of the rural highway and the supervision countermeasure

本文分析了在建设新农村时期影响农村公路工程质量监督管理的主要问题,并提出了强化责任主体的质量意识,规范责任主体的质量行为以及提升自身素质等对策来提高质量监督水平,为提高农村公路工程质量水平提供借鉴。

This paper analyzed the key problems that affected the supervision of the engineering quality of the rural highway in the new era,and put forward some countermeasure,such as enhancing the quality consciousness and regulating the quality control of the responsible corporation,raising our own ability and so on,to promote the level of the supervision of the engineering quality,and to provide the reference to improve the engineering quality of the rural highway.
