摘要
广州市新国际机场高速公路是一条不仅在工程质量标准要求高,在交通工程、景观工程、环保工程方面也是高标准要求的全立交、全封闭的高等级公路,整个项目投资得到了较好的控制。本文从业主项目管理的角度,阐述了项目建设过程中投资控制所采用的方法与措施,总结了投资控制思想在广州新国际机场高速公路建设中的应用。
Guangzhou New International Airport Expressway is a whole interchange,all the closed highway,with high quality standards not only in traffic engineering,but also in landscape engineering,environmental engineering.The entire project has been a good investment control.In this paper,the owners of project management point of view,described the process of project construction cost control methods and measures,summarized the investment of control in Guangzhou's new international airport expressway construction applications.
