本文以广州市番禺区为例,对村镇建设工程质量安全管理服务模式进行探讨,分析表明,番禺模式实现了村级质量安全管理服务从无到有的创新,在珠三角乃至全国其它地区具有广阔的推广前景。

The essay takes Panyu district of Guangzhou City for example, and probes into the management and service's mode of quality and security of country construction engineering.
