摘要
住宅建筑现浇混凝土楼板裂缝是建筑质量投诉的热点问题之一。通过在混凝土中预埋PVC电线导线管(以下简称PVC管)进行抗拔试验,结果表明PVC管与混凝土粘结强度小于混凝土抗拉强度标准值的0.6倍。通过分析,得出了预埋PVC管处与其它楼板相比成为薄弱部位,是引起该处楼板开裂的主要原因。同时分析了引起混凝土楼板开裂的其它影响因素,比较了国内外楼板设计的相关做法后提出了综合防治这类裂缝的措施。
The cast-in-place concrete floor crack of residential building is one of constructs quality suit hot topics。 Based on the pullout test on the embedded PVC in cast-in-situ,demonstrating the the bond strength between tube and concrete is less 60% than the standard value of concrete tensile strength.Through analysis,the weak parts of embedded PVC,compared with other floors,which is the main influencing factor for the floor crack.The other influencing factor has been analyzed,the corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed after comparing the related procedure at home and abroad.
