摘要
工程监理企业作为建设监理行业的中坚力量,目前面临定位和发展的选择。为避免发展战略选择的盲目性,监理企业应对自身的内外部环境进行全面、综合的分析评判。本文运用SWOT分析方法对监理企业的发展战略选择进行了研究,以期对监理企业选择发展战略有所参考。
As the backbone of the project management industry,the engineering project supervisor enterprise,is facing the choice of location and development now.In order to avoid the blindness the developmental strategy choice,the enterprises should comprehensively analysis and judge the internal and external environment.This paper studies the development strategy choice of the supervisor enterprise's using the SWOT method provide the reference for the enterprise to choose the development strategy.
