谈谈工程量清单招标及招标控制价的问题

Discussion on the problem of tender bill of quantities and tender price control

简要分析《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》GB50500-2008对工程量清单招标引起的变化,论述设立工程招标控制价的优势及应注意问题,科学设立工程招标控制价及编制招标工程量清单有助于工程项目施工阶段的顺利进行、减少及预防索赔事件的产生。并针对工程量清单招标存在的问题,提出如提高工程量清单编制人员的综合能力及专业素质、明确及细化相关招投标法律、法规等解决方法。

Analysising briefly the change of the 'Construction projects resilience detailed list counts the price code' GB50500-2008 caused by the tender bill of quantities,discussing the advantages and attention problems of setting up the project tender control price,establishing project tender control price and producting tender bill of quantities scientifically,is helpful to carry on the engineering project construction stage,reduce and prevent claim event's production.Aims at the existing problem of tender bill of quantities,the solutions such as improving the comprehensive ability and professional quality of,the compilers,clearing and refining related bidding laws,regulations are proposed.
