珠海市建筑工程安全生产管理的研究

本文针对珠海市建筑安全管理的现状,结合现场安全管理经验,就如何提高建筑施工安全管理水平和确保安全生产目标的实现进行探索和研究。本文提出通过强化建设单位安全管理责任、完善"平安卡"制度、加强施工企业安全文化以及建议政府提供免费安全教育培训四项措施来加强和提高建筑施工安全管理水平。

Aiming at the current situation of Zhuhai Construction Safety Management, this article elaborates the strategies and suggestions on improving the standard of safety control in Zhuhai construction industry. This paper also takes some measures to improve the standard of safety management on construction. It includes: clearly define the safety management responsibility of owners; improving system of ' Safety Card' ; improving enterprise safety culture; And free safety training.
