摘要
本文从建设各方主体责任落实和安全生产管理侧重点等方面,结合自身监督工作实际,就如何提升建筑施工安全生产管理水平及对工程品质和效益的影响提出了自己的看法,以供同行学习交流。
This paper implement the safety management from the construction of the parties and the main responsibility, combined with their actual work supervision, put forward their own views on how to improve construction safety production management level and the quality and effectiveness of projects for reference.
