软弱地层盾构施工土仓带压始发技术

摘要 为改进提高软弱地层盾构始发技术,本文经工程实践提出了软弱地层土仓带压始发技术。其基本原理为:充分利用土压平衡原理,在盾构机始发时,就向土仓加注填充物,安全便捷的提前建立了主动土压力盾构机带压始发掘进,使得对断面中粗砂层进行了超前主动力压力支护,有效的防止了上覆软弱砂层水土喷涌、塌方等现象。由于土仓主动土压力作用,提高了始发安全系数,减少了始发端头的加固长度,降低了始发成本。 In order to improving the originating technique in soft layer,the paper proposed the soil chamber under originating technique basing on the engineering practice.The main principle is:using the earth pressure balance,priming the filling material when the Shield launching,establishing the active earth pressure ahead of time,which makes the advance the action pressure supports to the coarse sand cross section,that prevents the water and soil spout effectively.Because the active earth pressure,enhancing the initial sending safety coefficient,reducing reinforcement length of the initial sending reason,decreasing the initial sending cost.
