摘要
地下砼结构"整体跳仓法"施工技术突破了规范对混凝土结构施工设置后浇带及伸缩缝的有关规定,通过采取"抗放兼施、先放后抗、以抗为主"的原则,从混凝土温度收缩应力的计算、跳仓块划分、相邻块间隔浇筑时间、施工工艺流程、混凝土原材料的选择、配合比优化、混凝土施工方法、混凝土养护、混凝土温度监测等方面进行综合分析、研究,施工时不留设任何形式的后浇带、伸缩缝,只设置短暂的施工缝、不掺加任何微膨胀剂和抗裂纤维,成功解决了地下室超长、超宽、超厚大面积(大体积)混凝土的施工难题,也解决了大方量混凝土连续浇筑、立体穿插施工等技术问题,避免了大面积(大体积)砼因温度收缩应力而产生的裂缝、渗水问题。
The integrated sequence construction method would breakthrough set the shrinkage joint and post pouring belt which required in the standards,taking the principle of'release and resistance,resistance after release,resistance first',takeing the the calculation of concretes temperature shrinkage stress,division of the sequence,interval time of pouring between adjacent blocks,the construction process,the choice of raw materials of concrete,optimization of mixing ratio,construction method,concrete curing,the concrete temperature monitoring and other aspects as comprehensive analysis,don't set set the shrinkage joint and post pouring belt,don't adding any micro plumping agen anti-crack textile fiber,just need set an short construction joint,has solved the construction problem of basement with ultra long,the ultra width,the ultra thick big area(great volume)successfully,Also solved the continuously pouring and three-dimensional alternation construction for the great volume concrete construction,has avoided the seep question produces because of the temperature shrinkage stress of the big area(great volume) concrete construction.
