The paper discusses the problems existing in the investing and financing system for water-control in Guangzhou.By analyzing the development of the investing and financing system for water-control construction in the recent two years in Guangzhou and integrating the establishment,operation and development experiences of the Guangzhou Water Investment Group Co,Ltd,the paper summarizes achievements of the reform of the investing and financing system for water-control construction,thus providing helpful reference on the reform of investing and financing system of infrastructure construction for other cities.
