The new central government investment projects at present are an important measure for the country to expand domestic demand and promote economic growth.How to speed up calendar central investment projects and strengthening project management becomes a very urgent and important problem.This paper states from the project construction management of the whole process of elaboration of concrete,and discuss the construction management aspects affecting the project.
