新形势下广东省建筑业与房地产业地位的计算分析

A calculative analysis of the status of construction and the real estate industries under the new situation in Guangdong province

为了减缓国际金融危机对我国经济的影响,国家近期出台了十大产业振兴规划,但建筑业和房地产业榜上无名。本文依据现有统计数据,试图对这些相关产业进行研究,探讨它们在广东省的经济影响和地位。通过对各大产业占GDP比重、增长率、贡献力度、贡献率、推动力系数、推动力强度等方面进行计算分析,发现建筑业和房地产业对推动广东省国民经济发展贡献不小,其在经济整体中可以产生支柱地位与作用,政府相关部门不宜忽视,而应该给予必要的支持,使其得到良好的发展。

Recently our government issued a revitalization plan with top ten industries in order to release the influence of the international financial crisis.The construction industry and real estate industry,however,were not included in the top ten.Based on the statistical data available,this paper attempts to compare the relative industries and analyses their economic effects and positions in Guangdong province.There are six parameters,namely,the proportion of GDP,growth rate, force of contribution,contribution rate,driving force coefficient and driving force strength in the research.The results show that construction industry and real estate industry have made significant contributions to the economic development.Both of them play a pillar role in the whole economy of Guangdong.Therefore,it is suggested that the government should pay sufficient attention on construction industry and real estate industry and provide support for better development.
